Submit the Individual Dog Registration Application form.  Forward by e-mail to ALCA Registrar, Paula Willand at alcaregistrar@frontier.com  the following documents:  front & side photos, pedigree, DNA profile, required health testing results for CERF, PRA, OFA hips and elbows.  Include all other test results that have been completed at time of registration application.   ALCA recommends Thyroid testing on all breeding stock after 1 year of age.
IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT ALL TEST RESULTS AND DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION, YOUR APLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. MAKE A LIST AND CHECK IT TWICE!

 When sending documents by email, send information on only ONE dog per email.

NOTE:  Effective 1/1/11, ALCA will no longer add new dogs to the registry that have any infusions.  Dogs that are registered before the 1/1/11 date that qualify for registration will be eligible for registration of their offspring as long as both parents are registered with ALCA.

ALCA will accept for registration Australian Labradoodles infused with Cockapoo if registered prior to the infusion cut-off date of 1/1/11.  Offspring of those dogs registered prior to the infusion cut-off will be eligible for registration.

ALCA does not accept Cocker Spaniel, Wheaton, Labrador Retriever, nor any other infusion in the registry.  The Wheaton infused dogs that are currently in the ALCA registry may register the offspring.
